# Storylines

Smári asked for no stops ("surprise me", "make the whole video"), so I picked
the first one and built it.

## A · View Source (built)

- **Device / form:** the result first, then the reveal; an object-to-object chain.
- **Sees and feels:** a cinematic title gets right-clicked and inspected: it is a
web page. Editing its text in DevTools rewrites the film live. The surprise
("wait, that's HTML?") is the hook; the five real films, the real prompts and
the 11 steps prove it; the guide's own toggle hands it to the viewer.
- **First two seconds:** "This is a film." in huge ink letters on safety orange,
already on screen at frame 0. At 1.0 s the frame pulls back into a browser
  window.
- **Beats:** inspect → five films → just talking → 11 steps → render flipbook →
your turn → made from one message → end card.
- **Look:** the guide's own brand (ink #17140f, paper #f3eee4, safety orange
#e5461c, teal #1d6b73, Space Grotesk) plus real Chrome DevTools colours.
- **Sound:** a 120 BPM electronic bed that stays near silence until the title
is swallowed, then drops; clicks and key ticks on the cursor, a projector
clack on every step, shutter ticks on the render, one riser into the guide page.

## B · The Trailer (not built)

"In a world where web developers can't draw…": a movie-trailer parody with
slammed title cards, a rating card ("RATED 4.4 FOR EXTREME CREATIVITY") and
quotes from the five films as reviews. Funny, but it sells a joke more than the method.

## C · Endless zoom (not built)

The camera dives into frame 00 of the guide's film strip, and inside it is the
next step, eleven times, until it pulls out of a student's laptop. Striking,
but the steps blur together and the five real films get no room.
